We collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth and address during registration. When you make deposits via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe, we also record the transaction reference and amount to maintain accurate account and payment records.

Payment references from UPI, Paytm and PhonePe transactions are stored in encrypted databases with access limited to authorised payment-reconciliation staff. We do not store full bank account numbers or VPA credentials on our servers.
